LL - Sticky.io order status logo meanings
Understand Order Status
To help you keep your orders organized, sticky.io provides you with several logos, one for each order status.
Here is a brief description of each one of these logos:
Approved Orders
This logo is for all the new orders that have been successfully charged.
Their card issuer approved payment.
Nested Upsell
Upsells after the order has their own unique order number and will be on their own line items in the billing history for that customer. This logo is added when there is more than 1 item included with the first order such as BioShield MD - Six Bottles with Free Pulse Oximeter (780) + 1 more / Complete Eye Serum - Three Bottles w/Complementary Mystery Gift (2525) + 1 more. The Nested Upsell in these cases is the free gift with the bottle purchases.
Blacklisted
This logo is added when a customer is added to the blacklist. It will make note of their order and payment details and prevent future purchases from processing. This is done in the case of a chargeback dispute or a TSM member who has received a full refund after being presented with an account saving exchange offer but they declined.
Cancelled
This logo is added when there was an active recurring product at one time, but it was stopped from going forward and this was the last active rebill.
Declined
This logo means that the order was declined. If you click on the order ID and scroll down to the order history notes, it will provide you with a reason for the decline. Declined - we don't know why their card issuer declined payment, we advise they follow up with the financial institution to learn more and clear up any fraud suspicion flags. All other reasons will be listed such as Insufficient funds, invalid card number/expiration date/security code.
Void/Refund
This logo means a void or refund has been initiated for this order. It's added whether they have been totally or partially refunded. If it was a partial refund, this logo would appear in addition to the Approved Orders logo. There is no such thing as a partial void. If refunded or voided in full, this logo replaces the Approved Orders logo.
Shipped
This logo means a tracking number has been added to the Tracking Number field inside the order.
Still, check the Order Desk for tracking details because Sticky.io will not tell you if this order was split and has more than 1 tracking number.
Fraud
This logo means that someone has checked the Fraud box as this order has been reported as fraudulent by the customer or Kount fraud detection services.
Chargeback
This logo means that a chargeback dispute has been filed with the bank, and the bank has given this customer their money back for this purchase. If you see this logo, you are not allowed to initiate any refunds. Post to the # cho-chargebacks channel in Slack for assistance in handling.
Returns
This logo means that a RMA number has been generated against this order and we are now waiting for the customer to return their order for a refund.
This logo means we have received their return. If they have not yet been refunded as a result of writing to Customer Happiness with their return tracking details, they will be refunded at the time their return is logged.
Test
This logo means that this order was placed by our tech team to ensure the funnels are working as intended.
