LL - How to issue an RMA

the ORDER ID will the the RMA: 

  • To locate the ORDER ID:
    • Access shopify, sticky or zoho and confirm their order id. 
    • Note: If the product they are returning was an add-on or upsell order, then use the INITIAL order ID as the RMA. 


    • Sticky customers who are sent to the self service portal - will be given an RMA during the return process there. (See return/refund guidelines for additional details).

In your email and in your notes - you WILL indicate the actual order id of the order/s they are returning, whether it be an initial order or an upsell order, along with the QTY and reason if they have given you that information. 



Important Note: (We are no longer sending the RMA via the RMA button in Sticky.io or using the customer shipment id as the RMA)
