LL - How to issue an RMA


    • Customers who are sent to the self-service portal (SolvPath) - will be given an RMA during the return process there. (See return/refund guidelines for additional details).
    • Customers who are not sent to the portal should use their initial or parent order as their RMA regardless if the order is from STORD or JetPack.

Important Note: (We are no longer sending the RMA via the RMA button in Sticky.io or using the customer shipment ID as the RMA)
