LL - TSM - How to understand order history

Over the years, we have made changes to programs and pricing for materials. If a program is redesigned, our members will have the benefit of still accessing the course they paid for previously. This means that occasionally, you will see people with programs purchased at different pricing than you see today.

When looking at Sticky.io order history for a member, here are some things to consider.

Superpowers $1.15:

This version of Superpowers was broken down into three separate billings. The Confidence Package, The Seduction Package, and The Relationship Package. With this version of Superpowers, they receive full access to all 7 months worth of materials. They bought this program before it was turned into a month-to-month subscription.

If you see someone who has bought this Superpowers in the past, we want to ensure that not only can they access Superpowers in full in their TSM Academy site membership but also stop any future trials for this now subscription-based course.

Desire + Lust before 2015:

The Desire System used to include access to Lust at no additional charge. These members are unlikely to be found in Sticky.io because around 2015 is when we changed billing and membership platforms.

There is a spreadsheet of original site members when we had Infusionsoft that can be searched to verify previous access when members cannot be found in Sticky.io.

There’s also a good chance that the lists they’re subscribed to in Maropost can give you a broader picture of their previous course access.

Program name changes:

In addition to adding new or removing outdated information from program materials, sometimes they are reworked in their entirety. The name, the cost, the way it’s offered on the site, and what might be included with that course.

In your Social Man Products sheet, you will find the courses noted with their current (and former) names. This is helpful to refer to so you know that someone who writes in to inquire about their Way of the Rake program access, can be referred to Power Signals to dive back into those materials.

You can’t find someone:

What do you do when you can’t find someone’s membership? It’s time to investigate!

First, you’ll want to view their case history to see if a previous purchase was done via PayPal, or if they received access to the course(s) in question by way of an exchange or comped to ensure their happiness and avoid a refund.

In Sticky.io, the most convenient and accurate way to find someone is to search for the last 4 digits of the credit or debit card used to place their order, order ID from a purchase receipt, their email address, first name, last name, or their phone number.

You’ve exhausted all these options and still cannot find their membership?

Check Maropost and see what emails they’re receiving. There’s a chance they received access to a free program or have not yet completed their order.

If there is a chance they could have started their membership with us before 2015, search for their email address in the infusionsoft member spreadsheet.
