LL - How to know when to Refund or Void in Sticky.io (SI)

TSM - All billings can be voided the day they occurred prior to 8:00 Central.  

If you attempt to void a billing, and it’s moved to the refund-only stage, it will let you know and you can refund instead.

If the charge is older than 24 hours, you will not need to check if the order can be voided before refunding.

If VFI, DML, or SCS same-day order - 

If the Gateway is Stripe - Only Refund is possible

If the Gateway is Aurora - Network Merchant Inc - Voids and Refunds are possible
