LL - Shipping and Delivery Times

We use 2 locations of Pitney Bowes: Sparks, NV & Greenwood, IN

Hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST. 

Orders received by 12 pm (M-F) will be shipped the same day. Expedited order cutoff time is 2 pm Mon-Fri. 

Orders will usually ship the following business day after being placed.

Packages will be picked up by the carrier to be delivered. The carrier may vary between USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service), and depends on where the package is being shipped to, but delivery time is usually within 5-7 business days within the US, unless there is a holiday or the shipper is experiencing delays. Canada delivery is 14-21 business days, AU/NZ is 21-30 business days.

If the delivery company is experiencing delays they will usually update their company tracking page. 

During times that there is a delay we try to stall the customer by offering a $10 refund on delayed packages. As long as we see that the package is moving through the shipping system, we do not reship or refund it completely. 

We try to avoid reshipping a package for 14 days after the shipping date. However, if a tracking number shows  "lost or destroyed" or that its back in transit to our warehouse, then we can reship immediately, after confirming the shipping address is correct. 

*In cases of an escalated situation a manager can override this decision and reship sooner!
