LL - TSM - How do I update a member's email address in the systems?

Changing a customer's email address in the system is a relatively simple process.

In Sticky.io, pull up the customer’s order history like you would any other time. From here, click on the customer’s name. This will take you to their Customer page.

When you click on Actions, select Edit Customer Info. Here, you can change their name, phone number, email address, and a few others that we don’t use. Then, hit save.

Updating their email account is the hardest part because it does not allow you to change their email address. After logging into Maropost, look them up by email address in Contact Search. Once you are in their account, scroll to the bottom and toggle the switch to add them to the Do Not Mail list. 

Next, go to the Customers of The Social Man list and click "Create Contact" in the upper right-hand area of your screen. Edit their first name, and add their email address, scroll to the bottom, hit save. Go back to the Maropost dashboard, and look them up by email address in the previous step. Scroll down to find the Lists widget, and hit the pencil edit button. Go into unselected lists, and search for the other lists they need to be on. Hit save, and you are done.

If they are a Radiant Me member, you will need to delete their existing account and make them a new one from scratch. 

If they are a Social Man member, you will need to locate their account in TSM Academy and Edit Details to replace the email address associated with their account.
