LL - How to resend an order confirmation in Sticky

Open the order in question in Sticky.io, and scroll down to the very bottom where you typically hit Save. 

Click on RESEND EMAIL NOTIFICATION

and then hit Send Order Confirmation.

Note: It is also an option to send a REFUND NOTIFICATION if cx’s order has been refunded and SHIPPING CONFIRMATION if the order has been shipped.

A pop-up window will let you know if this action was successful. If not, please seek help from your team lead.
