You will be required to know: 

1. What is each product taken for (how to answer the question: What will this product do for me?)
2. The ingredients list - what's in it?
3. How to use the product & how often to use (ex: 2 caps, twice daily)
4. What quantities is the product sold in?  (how many capsules are in the bottle, how long is 1 bottle expected to last?)
5. Who can use it? Healthy Adults over 18 - if you are on a medication, have known health issue, or are pregnant/nursing you should check with your doctor.
