LL - Resetting VIP, sub, or payment plan in Sticky.io

Anyone found in Sticky.io with a previous recurring product can be reset to start receiving refills or new program materials again. 

This applies to:

  • VFI/SBS/DML customers want to restart their VIP refills
  • TSM members want to restart their Online Domination Masterclass, Superpowers, or TSM Society subscription or restart their payment plan for a high-cost program such as Power Signals, Confidence Code, or The Golden Pass. 

After you have pulled up their full order history by searching for them by email address, locate the last billing that was associated with a subscription product. 

Click on the checkbox next to that Order ID - this is the same box you would check if you were stopping their recurring. 

In the green button options above their billing record, select Reset Recurring. 

Hitting Reset Recurring will set their recurring back up and bill them again in 15 hours. This will allow you time to make any adjustments that are needed before that billing occurs such as providing them with a rebill discount or making any address or payment card edits that might be needed. 

To add a rebill discount after their recurring is reset, open the order that has the new next recurring product and date and scroll down until you find the line that says Rebill Discount:  in the blank box, change the 0 to 10%. 

The following line that says Preserve Rebill Discount: leaving it checked will provide them with that 10% discount through the remainder of their billing cycle. If you uncheck this box, it will apply the 10% to the next recurring (which will bill in 15 hours) but it will go back to full price for the one in 30 days and will be full price until that billing cycle ends.

Make sure to scroll to the bottom and hit Save after making any changes.
