LL - VFI - VC+ 6 Bottle + 1 Free Bottle Manual CH Orders

When customers go to https://thevitallife.co/order/chooseit to place their order, this page offers 1 free bottle of FloraThrive+ when they purchase 6 bottles of VitaCell+. 

If you are manually placing a 6 bottle order for VitaCell+ you will need to request that their free bottle of FloraThin+ is included with this order. 

After you have placed the order in Sticky.io, send a message in the CH-OPS-TICKETS slack channel to add the free bottle to the order.

When requesting this bottle, include:

The name of the product and the number of bottles to be sent. (in this case, 1 bottle of FloraThrive+)

Customer's first and last name

Their email address

Their phone number

Their shipping address as follows:

Street address (example: 123 Main St. OR 123 Main St. Apt. 101)

City, State Zip Code (example: Austin, TX 78704)

And the order ID of the order placed in Sticky.
