LL - Discounts, Coupons, Special promotions

Customers are often seeking ways to save on their orders - and rightfully so, we all love a bargain, right?!

Besides paying less per bottle by purchasing more bottles, they can also save 10% off the package they choose by going on an auto-refill plan - and it's required that you always ask them if they'd like to save 10% by choosing auto-refill (cancel anytime!). 

+ All our products/packages come with Free Shipping and our 365 day guarantee, which means the customer can essentially try them risk free - if they don't work, they get their money back - AND this is a strong selling point and should always be part of your conversation with the customer! 

Besides these standard benefits - 

-We offer special discounts and promotions from time to time via email and on the shopify websites. If a customer contacts you within 3 days of a promotion ending, you can still honor the promotional discount. After 3 days, you can offer them a 20% coupon code. 

-Another way for them to save is to sign up for the newsletter and SMS texts. Upon signing up, they get a coupon for 10% Off to use in the shopify store. (This is done via a pop up when visiting the shopify store location).

- Also remember, that YOU can adjust pricing in Sticky.io when placing an order IF it's needed to make a sale. While you should let people know about any promotions we are running when they place an order, we don't proactively offer discounts or coupons unless they ask for one, and then we start at lower discounts $10/10%, then 20%, then 30% as a last resort. Discounts higher than 30% off are rarely used, and must be approved by a manager.

Additionally, if a customer is going to place their own order via vitalifi.me, delmarlaboratories.com, or suncoastsciences.com you can offer them a code when they ask for one - - > (or to prevent them from walking away from a purchase). 

The discounts below apply to one-time orders, one use per customer via the shopify store. And remember, that even though you can't enter a coupon in Sticky.io, you can honor the same discounts when placing an order there.

Start with lesser discounts first: 

Start here: Code: CHVIP10 = 10% off  or Code: CHTENOFF = $10 off  

Next: Code: CHVIP20 = 20% off  

Last resort: Code: CHVIP30 = 30% off 

*discounts higher than 30% off can only be approved by a manager.
