LL - How to create an order in Shopify
Orders for ONE-TIME delivery items can be created inside Shopify by either inputting the customer's full CC or sending them an invoice.
Note - ONLY one-time delivery item orders can be placed inside Shopify!

If it's an auto-renew/subscription item, free trial, bundle, box, kit, etc - these items should be set up in Sticky.io as a subscription or inside the Recharge App. See explanation: https://www.loom.com/share/202413c441cb471f87ba8ebde61ce621
Steps to place an order in Shopify:
- From the orders tab - click create order
- Select an existing customer or create a new customer (on the right side)
- Select Browse product/s, then select COLLECTIONS, then Customer Happiness orders
- Select the products you want
- Apply discounts if applicable
- Click the “COLLECT PAYMENT” dropdown then “ENTER CREDIT CARD”.
- or we can also click on “SEND INVOICE”
- Fill out the invoice form and send
- If it's a free order select mark as paid (only with management approval) -
- make sure you zero the order out by giving a 100% discount before marking it as paid.
- note any corresponding orders ID's and the reason why the order is free.
- * Note that selecting a product labeled as an auto-renew or VIP item within Shopify will NOT set up a subscription for the customer, that must be done from within recharge. See recharge training for this.
