The Delivery Schedule link below their name will allow you to view their full upcoming billing schedule and:

  1. Adjust their refill dates to either ensure they don't get more than they can go through before more is sent or to have more than one refill product go out at the same time.
  2. Skip a month if they say they will be out of town or have too much currently.

To edit the subscription, from the Subscriptions link below their name - from the Product area you can click on several options.

  1. Edit - Allows you to edit the order quantity, frequency, amount, billing details, and address. You can also swap and cancel from this screen.
  2. Swap - Allows you to change the product they receive
  3. Cancel - To stop the subscription

  1. Change the card on file
  2. Edit their address and/or email address

Processed shows everything that has taken place in the past.

Upcoming are their future orders.

Charge Errors will show you if they had any orders that have been declined. The system will attempt to charge them again in the future when this happens. Our settings are set to retry every 6 days and will stop retrying to bill them in 60 days or 6 attempts - whichever comes first.
