LL- How to track a Canadian Order via Jetpack

  1. Search the order in Jetpack
  1. Click on the order to get shipment details and it will should you: Carrier: Asendia.

  1. Access the Asendia tracking link: https://www.asendiausa.com/destination/usa-and-canada
  1. Click on Tracking (Upper right corner) and enter the tracking number from Jetpack

  1. Then click on the link in the top right & it will take you to the most accurate link to Canada post.  This will be the information you want to provide to customers.
