LL - TCP Time Off or Attendance Requests

How Time Off Requests are handled for Customer Happiness Specialists and Managers

  1. All leave requests should be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and approved in TCP by a manager prior to taking leave. 
  2. If it is less than 2 weeks, you will not be able to add the request to the Time Clock app - in this case please search Slack for the Attendance request form to submit the details.

Go to the TCP login page at: https://323632.tcplusondemand.com/app/webclock/#/EmployeeLogOn/323632

Enter your ID Number and hit LOG ON TO DASHBOARD.

In the blue toolbar across the top of your page, hit REQUESTS

You will then hit the green Add button

In the menu that comes up when you hit Add, you can hit Accruals to view your balance, change the date you are requesting, the start time (this will be the hour your shift typically begins), how many hours off you are taking, the Leave Code (see next photo), and any Description you want to add. Then, hit save.

What you see in Leave Codes depends on your time off accruals

This is now a pending request which you can manage, and you'll receive a response as soon as possible. 


Managers, When there is a new time off request that is pending, you will see it on the dashboard

You can Approve or Decline from this screen, or Jump to Request Manager (Tools -> Requests -> Request Manager)

Click on the Pending request, and then hit Manage to bring up options.

Clicking Detail will show you more information related to that request
