To clock in to start your day, and to clock out at the end of your day, you will be using TCP | Time Clock Plus.

If you are an international agent and have difficulty accessing this site, Elana will need to send your public static IP address to TCP so that it can be whitelisted so you can use the site without needing to use a VPN.

If you use a VPN, or you are not an international agent, you should not have any difficulty accessing this website. 

Memorize or keep track of your ID Number. This is what you need to use the site/get paid correctly for hours worked.

1. When you begin your shift, enter your ID Number and hit CLOCK IN 

The first page confirms it's you, hit continue.

You will have a Default job code. If you are clocking in for Make Up Time or a Meeting outside of your scheduled shift, this gives you the chance to clock in as that instead of your regular shift.

You will receive a message stating the operation was successful. Hit ok to go back to the main login page.

2. When your shift is over, enter your ID Number and hit CLOCK OUT

The first page confirms it's you, hit continue.

3. If you want to go to your personal dashboard, enter your ID Number and hit LOG ON TO DASHBOARD

When you are in your dashboard, you can confirm you are in the right place by looking in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. There, you'll see your name, the last clickable action you took and at what time, the current date and time, and a button to log out.

From here, you can:

Clock in, clock out, leave for break, and come back from break.

Change your job code (if you have more than one)

View your Hours, Last Punch, Accruals, and Messages

And, Requests which is where you will submit for time off (2 weeks in advance or longer)
