What is each product taken for (how to answer the customer question: What will this product do for me?)
The ingredients list - what's in it?
How to use the product & how often to use (ex: 2 caps, twice daily)
What quantities is the product sold in? (how many capsules are in the bottle, how long is 1 bottle expected to last?)
Who can use it? Healthy Adults over 18.

That we document every time someone says a product made them sick / Adverse reaction documentation

We are not allowed to tell someone they should use more or less of the product than the label describes. They can however open capsules and take with yogurt or applesauce to help make swallowing easier.
