You will be required to know: 

1. What is each product taken for (how to answer the customer question: What will this product do for me?)
2. The ingredients list - What's in it?
3. How to use the product & how often to use it (ex: 2 caps, twice daily)
4. What quantities is the product sold in?  (how many capsules are in the bottle, how long is 1 bottle expected to last?)
5. Who can use it? Healthy Adults over 18.

7. That we document every time someone says a product made them sick by assigning the ticket to the Refunds Team to log the Adverse Rection in the Zoho Complaint Form.

9. We are not allowed to tell someone they should use more or less of the product than the label describes. They can however open capsules and take them with yogurt or applesauce to help make swallowing easier.
