LL - DML/SCS/RME Post PayPal Payment Procedure
If a customer would like to pay through PayPal, they can send payment to all manual payments be sent to mail@suncoastsciences.com , paypal@radiant.me or orders@delmarlaboratories.com account.
Ask them to send the funds and then email us indicating which product and # of bottles they are seeking to purchase.
When a customer confirms they have made a manual PayPal payment, you will need to do the following steps:
- Reply to the customer using the SR: PayPal Order Processed
- Make clear and concise notes on the ticket. Assign the ticket in active to the fulfillment team.
3. Post a message the urgent fulfillment channel of Slack.
Hi @Gretchen, (DML/SCS/RME) customer Name / Email address / Ticket number has reported making a Paypal payment for XX bottles of (PRODUCT) in the amount of $XX.XX.
Please verify payment and arrange for shipment, thank you!
