LL - Applying a discount to a sticky.io subscription

If a TSM member wants to restart their TSM Society or Superpowers subscription, we provide them with a 10% discount on future months ($87.30 instead of $97.00).

Occasionally a sticky.io subscription customer will ask to have a coupon applied to a refill order. Coupon codes only apply to Shopify orders so we can handle this 2 ways:

1. Refund the amount from a past order (easiest for the supplements & requires fewer steps)

2. Discount up an upcoming order (requires multiple steps)

After locating the customer's orders, open the one that has a recurring product.

Scroll down until you find "Rebill Discount:" and type the amount in the box on that line. 

Preserve Rebill Discount will be checked by default. If this discount only applies to their next refill, you will need to uncheck this box. If you do not, all future rebills will be discounted by whatever % number you put in the Rebill Discount box. 

Then scroll to the bottom and hit SAVE.
