LL - Applying a discount to a recharge subscription

Occasionally a Shopify / Recharge subscription customer will ask to have a coupon applied to a refill order. 

We can handle this 2 ways:

1. Refund the amount from a past order (easiest & requires less steps)

2. Discount up an upcoming order (requires multiple steps below)

• In recharge click edit next to the subscription 

  

• Select update current price

• Select Product Purchase Page

• Click Edit 

• Change to the desired price then click SAVE 

• Set a reminder for yourself in slack to change the price back to the original pricing immediately AFTER their next order refills.

• Setting a slack reminder - 
  
  • go to your personal channel in slack - type in
  • /remind 
  • @yourslack name 
  • Action 
  • on Date / Time (time is optional - date is required)
  • Example: 
  • If I want to change Customer Name Product Name Sub back to ($Amount.00)  on (Date) (Time)
  • /remind @lori change Ms. Smith Vitacell sub back to $44.96 on April 27   at 9 am cst
