LL - Responding to Contact Us forms

There are several ways for our customers to reach us, and one popular way is the Contact Us pages that are available on our websites. 

When they find these pages, it asks for their information and has a place for them to leave a request. 

That request is then sent to Helpscout and arrives as an email from them. 

Since this email arrives as us (vitalifi.me), if we reply to this email as-is, it will not reach the customer. 

After copying that email address, you'll want to Update Customer in helpscout.

Paste the email address, and add the first and last name if it's required because it's the first time they've emailed us. 

You can then reply to this customer in the same ticket rather than needing to start a new one. This way, everyone can easily see both the request and your response.
