How CH will perform this action:
In Sticky.io, search for the member's email address. Locate the order that has a next recurring date and product, and click on the order id. Under "features", click the square logo to Stop subscription.
In the Radiant Me Membermouse site, locate the account by searching for the member's email address. Click on that email address to enter the account. Click on the Access Rights tab. Scroll down, and find Radiant Me Monthly. Under Actions, click the square logo to cancel access to this bundle. If it's their only program, also delete the account which you will now find in the General tab and scroll to the very bottom of the page.
Reply to the customer using the SR "Radiant Me Monthly Cancellation".
