LL - TSM - Resetting subscriptions

What to do in Sticky.io if they want to restart?

After pulling up their full billing history in Sticky.io by searching for them by email, locate the line item for the subscription they wish to restart. 

Click the box next to the Order ID for that line item, and hit Reset Recurring. 

After confirming this is the action you want to take, the Next Recurring Date and Next Recurring Product will have information rather than No Recurring and None.

Click on the Order ID to make any changes that might be needed to address, card number, date of next charge, and apply any discounts that may be needed. 

BE SURE TO HIT SAVE AT THE BOTTOM!!

What to do when you are checking TSM orders and you see a new sub trial after they previously canceled?

In Sticky.io, the only thing to be concerned with is checking to make sure they don't have more than one active TSM Society or Superpowers subscription.
