LL - Overview of the email lists

In Klaviyo, there are many different email lists a customer could be subscribed to after they express interest in an offer, sign up for our newsletters, or after they place an order. This guide is meant to help you better understand those lists when assisting our customers with questions related to an email they received.


Marketing - All companies

Wicked Reports: Does not send any emails. This is for reporting purposes only. 

TSM Daily & TSM Daily Intro Interest: These do send out emails that contain articles with free tips and tricks and promos. The Intro Interest sends three specific emails over three days and on the fourth day they receive what everyone on the TSM Daily list gets.

TSM Secrets: Sends emails that are promotional in nature. People could be on this list even if they are not yet a paying member. 


The Social Man

Customers of The Social Man: Sends emails that are usually promotional in nature. They should be on this list if they have placed an order for anything. 

When an email promotion is sent out that we want a lot of people to know about, we will send to either TSM Secrets or Customers of The Social Man. The next time we run that promotion (typically not long after the first run), we will send it to the other list. That way many people get that email and they do not get it twice thanks to the magic of suppression.

Customers of Program (GFAS, Desire, Say Hello, etc): May have a related Journey that will send a series of emails related to what they just unlocked. If they purchase or accept access to that program due to an exchange or Happiness gift, they should also be on this list. Beyond the few emails related to the customer purchase journey, these do not send out other emails. If a Ignition promotional email is sent to Customers of The Social Man, if they are also on Customers of Ignition, they will not receive that promo email. 

Customers of Superpowers or TSM Society: Do get emails because once you add them to those lists - it triggers a related Journey. If someone has completed their 7 or 12 month subscription, they should remain on Customers of SP or Society list but not journey. This will ensure that we do not promote those subscriptions to them via email in the future.

Interest lists: Do send emails related to the program they are interested in. People who express interest in that program but do not order with you at that time should be on a Program interest list. People are also added to this list when they give us their email address but do not place their order. 


Radiant Me

The 14-Day Metabolism Reset, Body Sculpting Series, and Radiant Clean Customers of email lists do trigger a Journey that sends them more information about their program and membership. The 14-Day Reset Customers list also sends out promo emails even after their Journey is completed.


Vitalifi

Customers of Vitalifi & Customers of Product: These do send emails. Sometimes they are promotional and some trigger a post purchase sequence Journey that provides them will more information about the supplement they purchased.

VIP Subscription Customers: Does send emails such as the upcoming shipment notification.


Sun Coast Sciences / South Beach Sciences

Customers of South Beach Sciences & Customers of Product: These do send emails. Sometimes they are promotional and some trigger a post purchase sequence Journey that provides them will more information about the supplement they purchased.

Del Mar Laboratories

Customers of DML & Customers of Product: These do send emails. Sometimes they are promotional and some trigger a post purchase sequence Journey that provides them will more information about the supplement they purchased.
