LL - TSM Sub Cancellation Request Form

Starting October 2019, members of The Social Man can now fill out a form to request cancellation of their TSM Society or Superpowers subscriptions. 

Starting March 2020, they can also request program refunds using this form. 

Their billing statements provide them with our phone number and a URL they can visit. The URL and phone number shown on their statement depends on the Gateway that processes their payments. All billing related URLs redirect to: http://www.sochelp.net

On this website they can learn more about us, our products, why we might be billing them, fill out a cancellation request form, and send a general support request. 

Once they fill out the refund/cancel request form and hit cancel subscription, they get this message: “Thank you. Your cancellation request has been submitted. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. If you should receive a charge during this 24 hour cancellation period, please contact our Customer Happiness team directly at 888-405-1915 or mail@thesocialman.com.”

Then we receive an email with the subject “The Social Man Help Desk - "Support Ticket”. 

Proceed with cancelling their subscription or subscriptions the same way you would if they called or emailed us directly to request the same. 

Then send them an email using one of the following Saved Replies:

*** DOES THIS MEMBER HAVE ANY ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS? ***


  • Cancel sub(s) and use SR & CLOSE: 
  • Cancellation Request Received Form - sub cancel  

***DOES THIS MEMBER HAVE ANY ACTIVE SUBS AND WAS BILLED TODAY?***


  • Cancel sub(s), Void billing, and use SR & CLOSE: 
  • Cancellation Request Received Form - void  

***WAS THIS MEMBER BILLED FOR A SUB IN THE PAST THREE DAYS?***


  • Cancel sub(s), Refund billing, and use SR & CLOSE: 
  • Cancellation Request Received Form - refund 

***DID THIS MEMBER SEND A FOLLOW UP EMAIL TO REQUEST A REFUND AND IT’S BEEN LONGER THAN THREE DAYS SINCE THE BILLING OCCURED?***


  • Cancel sub(s), and use SR & PENDING: 
  • Cancellation Request Received Form - exchange offer 

***THIS MEMBER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SUB AND HAS NOT BEEN BILLED FOR ANYTHING NEW?***
