Is a checkout page or member website down?

Are sales processing at a charge that is different than what was promised at the time of their order? 

Is this something that our tech team needs to drop everything to take care of? 

If this is something affecting a customer, have you looked at Sticky.io or Klaviyo or the website and tried to recreate the issue? 

Do you have the link back from https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ and have you reviewed this information to determine if it's a "them" issue (out of date browser) or an "us" issue (server down, site not allowing access to courses verified as paid for AND unlocked to the member account and they only have the one account and have cleared cache/cookies) 

Have you checked for a Sticky.io billing decline for anything such as a decline by the card issuer?
