LL - Comping Access

Comping (or gifting) a program is highly recommended when attempting to resolve refund cases, subscription billing questions, and irate customers in general. 

If you have a customer who you think would respond well to a free course compensation in lieu of a refund, by all means, feel free to compensate that client with free materials.

Subscription materials are also available to be comped but please only comp (1) month of the content per request.

Of course, certain cases with larger refund amounts or cases of a more escalated nature can be offered more than (1) course or (1) month of subscription materials, but try your best to offer a bare minimum at first.  Please pass on any specific questions concerning comp requests that you are unsure of. 

After a comp has been agreed to, we need to add them to that Customers Of email list, and manually add the program to the account.

Pretty easy to perform a comp, and the goodwill gesture can go a long way towards resolving customer disputes!  I'm sure you will be able to use the comps to your advantage! 

After you’ve pulled up their member account, click into Access Rights. Look for the program name in the list. You can only add one at a time. Hit Apply Bundle, and then choose the Comp option and confirm in the pop-up windows. They will be able to access this program the next time they are on the Training Courses page.
