Monitoring Amazon Performance/Account Health for issues

  • Review Customer Metrics Daily - A team member will review the Customer Metrics in Amazon Seller Central once per day. All Customer Metrics should remain in good standing. If there is an issue, we recognize it as a problem that needs to be addressed ASAP and should post it in the Amazon manager channel immediately.
  • (CH team will monitor and post in the Trivium channel if there are any changes)
  1. Click on Performance Tab/ Account Health
  2. All Metrics should be at Zero (0%)! Amazon monitors this closely and will deny you selling privileges if you fall below their service standards.
  3. Communicate with Amazon via the Account Health area, when there is a notice here. 
  4. Always reply w/i 24 hours via the account health interface.
