What if a customer doesn't receive the coupon code for VIP+ program?

First, verify that they joined the VIP+ program. 

Look up the customer in LimeLight and see if they have an order for VitaCell - VIP Plus No Autofill 

Next, remind them that the coupon should have arrived via email within a few minutes of them joining. Possibly, it went to their junk or spam box and it's a good idea to look there, then add us to your safe sender list so that you don't miss future promotions. 

Send them the coupon code: VIPPLUS10

Email sample:

Dear Customer, 

Thanks for writing in about your VIP Plus membership coupon. I'm very sorry you didn't receive it, but I'm happy to help so you can get an order placed and take advantage of your lifetime discount.  

Your VIP PLUS 10% Off coupon should have arrived by email within a few minutes of you placing your order. I would recommend checking your spam/junk box for it, then marking it safe so that you don't miss any of the special promotions we have planned for VIP Plus members in the future. 

In the meantime, your coupon code is: VIPPLUS10   

This coupon is good for any of the products in our store at vitalifi.me.
