LL - Responding to Amz positive customer feedback

Emailing buyers who have left us positive feedback about a product, positive seller feedback or sending us a positive review through Amazon's messaging platform is a great way to get good reviews. Here is a screen capture video with instructions to comment on product reviews. https://www.loom.com/share/f6702163782e4d81a38bdb33f07e8169

Doing this shows the buyer and other potential customers that we care. And it helps optimize the listing for internet searches by using keywords. (helps people find us easier on amazon).

Look for messages or emails that have positive feedback about our product.

Respond with the template below and ask if they will leave a review. 

Paste their comments into the email so they can copy/paste it easily. 

This one is for VitaCell+  (you'd replace the product name and the review link for each product)

Reviews are the lifeblood of our brand… they validate product and service value, help to create awareness, and add experiential value to the customer. This would be a huge deal for us... Either way, thank you for your consideration and I sincerely hope to stay in touch.
