LL - Why can't I access all of the subscription content?

Access to subscription materials is depending on them maintaining a subscription.

When a customer completes a purchase and is put on subscription, the first month worth of material is instantly activated as part of the 14-day free trial. Then additional content is activated for Month 2 and beyond on a monthly basis (every 30 days) past the first 14-day trial period.
