LL - Refund request for product purchase less than 48 hours after sale

Any customer refund requests less than 48 hours after purchase with shady explanations, or demands a refund due to money issues quickly after purchasing programs, need to be made aware that this action will prevent them from ordering again in the future.

Sometimes this can help to avert refunds and get the customer to give the materials more of a chance.  Other times, you will need to process a refund, and do not forget to remove access, Black List in Lime Light, add to the Do Not Email list, and remove their membership account.  We do not want this customer to receive emails or ever be able to purchase again since they made the purchase and did not allow the proper time to experience success with practicing and utilizing the content.
