LL - How to locate tracking info in Shopify

1. Log into the Shopify site

2. Search for the email address, order number, or name of the customer you are helping. 

3. Click into the order in question

4. Tracking details will be shown at the top of the order page, along with the current shipment status. 

5. Click on the tracking number to be directed to the Shipper tracking site to get further details. 

6. NOTE: Always make sure to check the warehouse tracking too - there's always a chance that items in the order could be on back order. In back order situations we ship the items that are available which means the entire order could appear as shipped in Shopify (or SI) when it's not.

6. Respond to the customer with the results of your tracking investigations and provide them with what they'll need to keep an eye on it too.
