LL - The Radiant Me Member Site

Customers of Radiant Me get login details for https://members.radiant.me/ which is a WordPress site powered by a MemberMouse plug-in identical to The Social Man.

If you know how to manipulate memberships in the TSM Academy site, you know how to at the Radiant Me Community.

Look for and click on “Manage Members” in the left menu area, and you will be taken to our full customer database. You will need to click on the blue Advanced Search button to be able to search for anyone.

We can search for them by first and/or last name, and email address. You can do a partial email search. For example, you can type jess12 and search, and it will bring up every record that has jess12 in their email address.

When we find the customer we are working with, click on the email address username that is them and that will bring up their record.

The General tab is where we can see their membership status, account status, engagement stats, and tools. We can also edit areas such as their name, set a new password for them, edit their phone number, and location information. You can also edit their email address, but this will not change their login username. If they want a new login username, we have to manually recreate the account.

Access Rights is where we go to add or remove programs, which are called bundles in this area. We can also cancel their account or lock their account which will prevent them from logging in again. We only do this in the case of a chargeback that we need to gather evidence for.

To add a bundle to someone’s member account, click on the menu that appears under “Bundles”.

After you’ve selected the program you want to add to their membership, click Apply Bundle. In the Payment Options menu, select Comp at the top. It will then make you verify twice - you can either hit ok or “enter/return” on your keyboard. After the page refreshes, you will see it in their list of available programs.

If you need to revoke access to a bundle because they’ve refunded, click the red square button under Actions. This will Stop their access to that program. Clicking on the green arrow button will reactive it to their membership after you comp it again and confirm twice.

Another tab we use sometimes is Activity Log which shows us their site activity.

To get to the Radiant Me Member site itself, hover on “The Radiant Me Community” in the black toolbar at the top, and hit, “Visit Site”. After the page reloads, you will be at the homepage.

On the homepage, you can visit different areas of the site using the toolbar on the left or by clicking into any of the available areas shown. Scrolling down will also show you some member testimonials.

The Training Courses tab will show the member the full list of programs we host. The bundles that we see in the admin side of things will show as Unlocked on this page. They can click into Locked programs to read more but they cannot add that program from the site.

Radiant Fit is currently a free area for all members, but it might one day turn into a monthly subscription.

The Community is our members-only message boards. They can post questions there to get advice from other members or Marina. She also has a Facebook group she highly encourages people to use.

As an admin, you have the ability to access all portions of the Radiant Me site after you have activated the bundles in your own account. This is a different process than the one we use for members. To add the bundles to your account, look at the black toolbar across the top of the site. You will see a box logo, 1 bundle applied, a calendar logo, a darkened 0, and save.

First, click on the box logo and a drop-down menu will appear. You can either select a single bundle or all bundles by using a keyboard shortcut. Command+A for Mac, or Control+A for Windows, will select all. If you successfully select all, the 1 bundles will change to 4 bundles. Then hit Save. You can now access everything inside Training Courses.
