LL - How to change next refill date in Sticky.io

After you’ve pulled up the customer’s record in Sticky.io, find the order that has a Next Recurring Product and a Next Recurring date. 

After clicking into the order that has an active subscription, scroll down until you find “Next Recurring Date:” Click on the calendar logo, and you can change it to any date in the future. 

Hit Save at the bottom and the new refill date will be reflected in the next recurring date field.

The marketing team is currently running split tests and we are offering CER and BME to be refilled within one month (3 & 6 bottles).

Order placed on: 07/31/22 and the next refill date was scheduled on 08/30/22.

In case you would like to reschedule the refill until a longer period (3 & 6 months), this is how you can change the frequency 

These products all state 'monthly' in the title - monthly sub and resupply

To change to a properly timed out subscription you need to change it within the order to one of the following:

1242 (Six Months) or 1240 (3 months)

When placing a new order the subscription product for 3 and 6 bottles, is 1239 and 1241 respectively. Those products are set up correctly in the CH campaign and you won't find any monthly billings except for one bottle
