LL - How and why to remove from the Do Not Email list (Maropost)

People who previously wanted no more emails may write back and ask to start receiving them again. If this happens, you will need to remove them from the Do Not Email list so Maropost can send new emails. 

1. Go to: https://app.maropost.com/accounts/325/global_unsubscribes

2. Click on "Add New" where it says, "Do not mail list ( Add New | Import | Export )" at the top.

3. Enter the email address in the Email box

4. Hit save

It will then let you know they are already in the Do Not Mail list or refresh and you'll see the email address at the top of the contacts for this list.
