LL - How to unsubscribe from specific email lists in Klaviyo

After logging into Klaviyo, look at the upper right-hand corner to ensure you are looking at the right company. Open, and change if necessary.

Locate the customer's email record in Klaviyo by searching for them using their email address

Find the box titled "Lists & Segments" and find the list you want to remove them from

Click "Remove"
