LL - TSM - How to place a new order in Sticky.io

Existing Member using the same card that’s on file from their previous order -

  1. Locate their orders in Sticky.io
  2. Click on a recent order number
  3. Scroll down until you find Place New Order & hit that
  4. Change the campaign to (239) TSM - Customer Happiness
  5. Choose the product from the list the customer wants to order
  6. Click the Pencil edit button to edit the price to match customer expectations
  7. Hit Process Order
  8. Add the customer to the appropriate **LISTS FOR EMAILS**
  9. Add the program to their membership in MemberMouse

Existing Member using a new card -

  1. Locate their orders in SI
  2. Click on a recent order number
  3. Scroll down until you find Place New Order & hit that
  4. Change the campaign to (239) TSM - Customer Happiness
  5. Choose the product from the list the customer wants to order
  6. Click the Pencil edit button to edit the price to match customer expectations
  7. Update payment card information
  8. Hit Process Order
  9. Add the customer to the appropriate **LISTS FOR EMAILS**
  10. Add the program to their membership in MemberMouse

Brand new member No Subscription trial - 

  1. From the Orders screen in Sticky.io, hit New Order at the top of your screen
  2. Choose campaign (239) TSM - Customer Happiness
  3. Choose the product from the list the customer wants to order
  4. Click the Pencil edit button to edit the price to match customer expectations
  5. Fill out form in it’s entirety 
  6. Hit Process Order
  7. Add the customer to the appropriate LISTS FOR EMAILS such as Customer's of The Social Man and Customers of the Program they ordered. Unsubscribe from any necessary such as an Interest list for the Program just ordered.
  8. Placing the order should create the account in MemberMouse, and add correct access, but you will want to double check that's true, and you might have to manually create the account and add access if the tech failed.

  1. Use the TSM AFFID links in the CHO
