LL - Cost complaint Strategy

You have the customer and the price you're going to charge is right -- at least it is to you.

......Problem is the customer doesn't feel the same way. They feel the price is too high and they're refusing to buy. How should you respond?

Here are 5 ways to respond:

1. Explanation: Explain why our prices are a little higher,  We use the same ingredients, from the same suppliers as those used in the research studies. "Our promise at Vitalifi is to deliver the best ingredients. Our ingredients are sourced from the same locations and extracted using the same methods as in the human studies performed on these ingredients. Also, we guarantee the ingredients to be at the same doses as in the human studies.

To deliver on our promise, it simply costs more to make our products. We believe that it's more important to deliver a product that works, even if it costs a little more, than to deliver an inexpensive product that does nothing for you. We try our best to price our products affordably and deliver the best possible results to our customers."

2. Refocus: lead the customer back to interested them in the product to begin with. "I completely understand your concern, what brought you to us? are you trying to lose weight?"

3. Price Break Down: Break the price down and restate it in a way that reflects total cost of ownership over an extended period of time. " this is xx per serving" or "xx savings per bottle" .

4. Provide Price Saving Options:  Provide the customer options to save. "to save you a bit more we have our VIP Insider refill plan which can save you up to xx% off, OR I can offer you a discount of $10 today, which one works best for you?"...

5. Act shocked: "I'm surprised to hear you say that. We have so many happy customers and testimonials. (refer to star rated reviews listed on website). We also offer a 365 day guarantee, so you have nothing to lose if the product doesn't work out. You can't put a price on your health!"
