LL - RME SolvPath Supplement Return Instructions Saved Replies

We have two SRs for SolvPath Return Instructions. For all normal return instructions, please use the “Return Instructions - Self Service Portal” Saved Reply.


IF the customer has had an adverse reaction, has escalated issues, and/or has already been sent to the portal but maybe forgot the return instructions or lost them, we will want to use the saved reply “Return Instructions - DIRECT LINK”, which will give them access to our return instructions so they do not have to deal with the downsells considering its a more serious issue.     


*Important information to know is that once they go through the downsell funnel and reach the return instructions they can’t get back there. So if they’ve previously been sent to the portal and are still asking for return instructions just send them the DIRECT LINK SR.
