LL - RME SolvPath Information
SolvPath is a portal designed to increase customer interaction and efficiency on our end. Here’s what customers can do through SolvPath:
- Track Orders: Customers can monitor the status of their orders in real-time.
- Manage Shipments: They can track shipments and get updates on delivery.
- Edit or Cancel Orders: Before an order is shipped, customers have the flexibility to make changes or cancel it.
- Initiate Returns & Refunds: Customers can start the process for returning items or requesting refunds.
- View Order History: They have access to their complete order history for reference.
- Update Accounts and Billing Information: Customers can manage their personal information and billing details.

Access FAQs: They can view frequently asked questions to find quick answers.
SolvPath Related Tickets:
- Automated Follow-Up: If the only communication received is through SolvPath, we do not send a separate follow-up email. Instead, we change the profile to the customer and note their actions and ours accordingly.
- Manual Intervention: Emails from SolvPath may require manual intervention, such as updating access permissions or removing access from other systems like MM.
- Organic Emails: If a customer sends an organic (non-SolvPath) email along with using SolvPath:
- Ticket Integration: We merge the tickets to streamline communication if there is also a SolvPath ticket.
- Confirmation of Actions: We reply to the customer, confirming that their requested actions (order changes, refunds, etc.) were successful.
