Simplifying the Subscription Management Process

1. Accessing Subscription Management
   • You'll need admin access for subscription management in Sticky.io.
   • Copy the order number from the order.

   • Go to customers>subscription management.

     Adjusting Settings

   • Ensure timing and dates align.
   • Change from the next billing date to all active subscriptions.

   • Adjust the created date to match the order date.

     Searching for Subscriptions

   • Paste the order number and save the search.

   • All subscriptions related to the customer will appear on one screen.

     Making Changes

   • Select subscriptions.
   • Change dates to the desired date.

   • Confirm changes and apply in bulk.

     Final Steps

   • Inform the customer of the changes made.
   • Offer assistance and address any questions or concerns.
