  • welcome calls - call customers whose orders just shipped and let them know,
  • call first time customers and welcome them
  • call repeat customers and thank them

Decline calls - call customers whose order/s declined and get permission to reprocess them

Subscription rebooting - call customers whose subscriptions have lapsed and get them started again
