Step 1 - Find member using name or email address

Step 2 - Click on email address to enter profile

Step 3 - Stay in the General tab, and scroll down until you find the Email and Username fields

Step 4 - At the end of, "Username locked by default." click Unlock which will make the Username field editable

Step 5 - Change both the Email and Username fields to match

Step 6 - Scroll down and hit Update Member to Save

If this change is due to a typo, you will need to also set them a new password for entry. Strong passwords can be obtained at https://www.random.org/passwords
