If someone has an active subscription still on trial that they are trying to cancel, Solvpath will ask what their reason is, and provide them with additional information about that subscription so they can make a better informed decision before they cancel. If they go through with the cancel, CH receives an email so that Maropost subscription list and journeys can be changed as needed.

If someone is on subscription and they have received 1 or more billings for that subscription, and they use Solvpath to request cancellation, they have a few options. They can adjust how often they are billed, pause it for a period of time, or cancel entirely. It does ask for their reason for cancelling, and before the cancel is complete, they are offered a discount for staying active. 30% and then 50%. If they choose that, they receive a partial refund. If they cancel, and were billed same day, they receive an automatic billing void. If they go through with the cancel, CH receives an email so that Maropost subscription list and journeys can be changed as needed.


If someone is seeking a refund for one of their programs, Solvpath will ask for their reasons, and attempt to save the sale with a 30% refund then 50% refund for keeping the course.

I do not have a photo flow for exchanges, but they can swap their programs using Solvpath. In order for this to happen, Solvpath will refund the order they don't wish to keep, and place a new order for the program they wish to have instead.
