LL - DML Positive Review Video Campaign
To help us get organic video testimonials, we’ll be offering a $50 Amex Gift card to customers who submit a positive review via video.
What do you need to do? Just as we normally do, when you receive a positive review ticket in HelpScout, we'll reply with the positive review saved reply.
That saved reply has been updated to ask the customer to ALSO submit a positive review via the videoask video link included in the email.
A member of the team will check the videoask dashboard regularly and when videos are submitted, will collect the customer permission to use the video in marketing and arrange for the $50 gift card to be sent.
Additionally, once a month we'll select a video testimonial winner to receive a $250 amex gift card.
Upon receiving a positive review send this saved reply:
