LL - Maropost - TSM Subscription List & Journey Stops

When a Social Man customer purchases a program that includes a 14-day free trial to one of our subscription based programs (TSM Society, Superpowers, or Online Domination Masterclass), part of the workflow is sending them emails related to their subscription. 

These emails are sent from Maropost https://app.maropost.com/accounts/325/dashboard

The List says what emails to send them, and the Journey says when to send those emails. When someone is no longer an active participant in a subscription, ensuring those emails are no longer sent is the responsibility of the handling agent. 

Step 1 - Ensure you've stopped their active subscription in Sticky.io

Step 2 - Locate the customer's Maropost profile by pasting their email address in the Contact Search box. You can hit Enter/Return or click the magnifying glass to start the search. 

Step 3 - Scroll down on this page until you see the box titled Lists. To verify they are on the list you want to remove them from, if you don't see it in the preview, hit View All. To make a change, hit the logo in this box that looks like a pencil. This will bring up a menu listing their current and previous email lists. 

Step 4 - When you locate the list you want to unsubscribe them from, toggle the green slider button to the right of the name of that list. You can do 1 or more, and then hit Save. 

*If you are unsubscribing them from EVERYTHING, you do not need to unsubscribe each list individually. Hit the X in the menu you're in now to go back to their profile, keep scrolling until you see the button you can toggle next to Do Not Mail. Turning this on will automatically stop all lists and any associated journeys. 

Step 5 - You will need to determine when their 14-day free trial began. This may or may not be the same date they were created in Maropost so you might have to reference the date in Sticky. 

Step 6 - In the box called Customer Engagement Journey, you find "Filters" in the upper right hand corner of this box. Click on "Filters" to make stopping the Journey easier. 

Step 7 - In "Date Range" choose to view everything from the last 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, or Custom if the trial began more than 30 days ago. If you choose Custom, you'll need to change the date in the "From" box by clicking on the date itself. You can then select the day the trial began, hit "ok", and then it will refresh. Do not close this box yet! 

Step 8 - In the menu tree below the dates, click on the checkbox next to "Email campaigns". This is the very first thing in the list under the first header, "Marketing". This removes all the emails that they were sent during the timeframe you've selected, and leaves you with just a view of the Journeys they have now or had previously. Now you can hit the X at the top to close this box.

Step 9 - Find the correct Journey such as "Journey - TSM Society Content Release Emails". If it's Active, you can hit End. If you End the wrong Journey, and restart it, they will start getting the same emails they had at the very beginning so be careful when taking this action.
