LL - Klaviyo Unsubscribe Process

Unsubscribing from Klaviyo - in HelpScout on the lower right side column, click on the Klaviyo Unsub link - and enter their email address. 

It's ok to send the customer a message that their request has been completed, however, if they seem angry just unsubscribe them and close the ticket. 

Remember to make a note that you unsubscribed them from the mailing list.
