LL - RAD No Login Project

Elana uploads new records M-F with Friday including who will need to be checked on Saturday and Sunday. 

PID's for search: 346, 350, 353, 354, 794, 1257, 1279, 1281

Day 1 (this will be Day 7 of their membership)

Begin by searching RAD Membermouse using the email address in the RAD Login Check tab of the CHO sheet to look to see if they have logged into their member account. 

If they have logged in, click the Logged in? box in the RAD Login Checks tab of the CHO, and move onto the next record.

You can either look to see if everyone for that day has logged in or not, or take them one at a time. 

If they have never logged in, and have not already requested help logging in, create a new Help Scout ticket to send them an email. 

Do - Enter the customer's first and last name, and enter their location and timezone information in Notes.

Use the built-in Saved Reply “No Login Check 1" 

Tags to add: No Login 

Keep this ticket Pending

NOTE: If this email bounces back, call them ASAP!

Check the Emailed? Box in the RAD Login Checks tab of the CHO, and move onto the next record.


Final - This should be either day 10 if they have a 14-day trial, or day 26 or so if a 30-day trial. 

Look them up in RAD Membermouse again. 

If they logged in, Send "No Login Check 2 - Yes Login Final", check Logged In and Resolved in the RAD Login Checks tab of the CHO.

If no login: Cancel subscription in Sticky.io, and cancel their Radiant Me Monthly bundle in MemberMouse. - DO NOT FIX DAYS.

Send the saved response "No Login Check 2 - No Login Final", close this ticket assigned to anyone. Add a note using SR - No Login Check Note

Then check the Resolved? Box in the RAD Login Checks tab of the CHO. This row can be hidden.
